One of my favorite trends inspired from the 50's and 60's is the short wedding dress. Brides wearing short dresses is not a fad, but a classic style that has come back from 50 years ago!
The Sophia gown, featured in this picture is one of my favorites from the Melissa Gentile Couture 2011 collection!
Want to wear a long gown for your wedding but love the idea of a short flirty dress? Why not change into a short dress later at night during your reception! This is another big trend that is also making a come back, this one from the 70's and 80's!
Year after year stars bedazzle us as they walk down the red carpet of the Oscars wearing dresses and jewelry from some of the best designers in the industry. Black Swan actress Mila Kunis was no exception, she looked stunning in this lavender lace and softly draped chiffon gown.
As decades come and go, couples are letting go of the traditional wedding album portraits and opting for more fun and romantic new photography styles which really represent their personality as both individuals and as a couple.
I personally fell completely in love with this picture by blfStudios in Winnipeg! The interesting lighting effects really capture the romance of dancing in the rain.
